Role Summary
Lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controls for large-scale commercial, hospitality, residential, villa, township, mixed-use, and redevelopment projects. Ensure timely delivery through effective schedule management, progress tracking, delay analysis, recovery planning, and management reporting.
Key Responsibilities Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project from mobilization to handover. Monitor project progress, identify delays, and drive corrective and recovery actions. Coordinate with execution, design, procurement, QS, quality teams, and consultants for seamless delivery. Prepare MIS dashboards, progress reports, look-ahead plans, and project performance updates. Establish project controls processes to improve schedule predictability and delivery outcomes.
Candidate Profile An analytical and execution-focused planning professional with strong project controls expertise, capable of managing complex real estate projects and driving planning discipline across stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience
B.E. Civil (NICMAR / Construction Management preferred) 3–10 years of experience in project planning and controls Experience in residential, mixed-use, or large-scale real estate developments Exposure to reputed developers, PMCs, and end-to-end project lifecycle preferred
Success Measures Improved schedule adherence and milestone achievement Effective delay mitigation and recovery execution Accurate project reporting and controls governance Predictable project delivery through robust planning practices
