About the Job
We are looking for a POS Consultant (IT) to join our team. The role involves learning and supporting Oracle POS configuration, implementation, deployment, and customer support activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in configuring menu items, combo meals, modifiers, pricing, taxes, discounts, tenders, and promotions.
- Assist in configuring Revenue Centres, Order Types, Workstations, and Employees.
- Learn and support EMC configuration, menu deployment, CAL packages, and reporting parameters.
- Perform menu updates, price changes, and promotional updates under guidance.
- Assist with configuring printing, routing, payments, tax structures, and outlet-specific settings.
- Support deployment, installation, rollout, testing, and go-live activities.
- Coordinate with onsite/offsite teams and customer stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong willingness to learn Oracle POS and related technologies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, databases, or SQL will be an advange.
