Primary Skills

• PowerBuilder – Strong hands-on application development experience (design, development, enhancement, and support of PowerBuilder-based applications)
• SQL – Strong working knowledge of writing and optimizing queries, stored procedures, and working with relational databases
• Crystal Reports – Experience designing, developing, and maintaining reports integrated with PowerBuilder applications

Secondary Skill

• .Net – Working knowledge / exposure to .Net technologies is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using PowerBuilder
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries and stored procedures
• Develop and maintain reports using Crystal Reports, integrated with PowerBuilder applications
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Perform application enhancements, bug fixes, and production support
• Conduct unit testing and support UAT/QA cycles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, QA, DBAs) to deliver quality solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve application performance and data-related issues
• Support code migrations, deployments, and version upgrades
• Document technical specifications, processes, and support procedures
