About the Role

We are looking for a Pre-Sales & Account Management Consultant to drive product adoption and customer growth. The role combines pre-sales, product demonstrations, account management, and value realization, supporting US healthcare customers remotely from India

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engaging product demonstrations tailored to customer needs, workflows, and pain points.
• Partner with Sales and Product teams on discovery, solution positioning, proposals, RFPs, and POCs.
• Manage assigned customer accounts and build strong post-sale relationships.
• Track customer health, product adoption, KPIs, and value realization/ROI.
• Conduct regular QBRs and customer success reviews, communicating outcomes and business value.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Product teams.
• Proactively identify customer risks and support retention and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to share customer insights and support smooth handovers.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, or Solution Consulting.
• Prior experience or strong exposure to Healthcare RCM workflows such as Denials, AR, Payments, Eligibility, or Coding.
• Proven experience presenting and demonstrating software/technology solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong communication, presentation, consultative selling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to clearly communicate KPIs, business value, outcomes, and ROI to customers.
• Experience working with healthcare providers, billing companies, or HealthTech/SaaS products is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM and customer success tools/metrics, such as Salesforce or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment aligned with US time zones.

Location: India (Remote - US Shift)

Monday to Friday

Shift Window:

7:30 PM to 4:00 AM IST (Night Shift)
