Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer – AI & CX

Pronix.ai is a specialized AI & CX Systems Integrator (SI) helping enterprises design and implement Agentic AI, Contact Center AI, Conversational AI, and AI-powered business automation solutions.

We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer – AI & CX who can work directly with enterprise customers to understand business challenges, shape AI/CX solutions, develop solution architectures, lead demonstrations and POCs, and support opportunities from discovery through proposal and handoff to delivery.

• Lead technical discovery and solutioning sessions with enterprise customers.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI, CX, Contact Center and automation architectures.
• Design solutions involving Agentic AI, Generative AI, Voice/Conversational AI, Agent Assist, Knowledge AI/RAG and workflow automation.
• Develop architecture diagrams, solution approaches, demos, POCs, proposals, SOW inputs and technical presentations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical workshops with customer stakeholders.
• Work with sales, engineering and delivery teams to move opportunities from discovery → solution → POC/pilot → production.
• Evaluate customer environments and recommend appropriate AI/CX platforms, integrations and implementation approaches.

Candidates should have hands-on or solutioning experience across several of the following:

AI & Agentic AI: OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, AWS Bedrock, Azure AI

CX/CCaaS: Amazon Connect, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud CX, Five9, Talkdesk

Conversational AI: Amazon Lex, Google CCAI/Dialogflow CX, Cognigy, Kore.ai

CRM/CX: Salesforce Service Cloud, Agentforce

Integration: REST APIs, webhooks, middleware, cloud services and enterprise applications

• 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting, Solution Architecture, CX/CCaaS or Enterprise AI.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, conversational/voice AI and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience designing or implementing enterprise CX, Contact Center or AI solutions.
• Ability to conduct customer discovery, whiteboarding, demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to convert ambiguous customer requirements into practical, production-oriented solutions.

Preferred: Experience working for a Systems Integrator, AI/CX consulting company, CCaaS provider, or enterprise technology vendor.

Work on enterprise AI and CX transformation initiatives across multiple platforms and industries, helping customers move beyond experimentation to production-ready AI solutions with measurable business outcomes.
