We’re Hiring: Principal Engineer & Architect | Full-Time | Hyderabad We are looking for a highly accomplished Principal Engineer & Architect for a Full-Time opportunity in Hyderabad . This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who can architect, build, and scale modern technology platforms while remaining actively involved in engineering and coding. What We’re Looking For ✅ Strong experience in Product-Based Companies ✅ CSE/IT educational background ✅ Expert-level experience in Node.js, Java, or Python ✅ Strong expertise in React / Next.js ✅ Hands-on experience with React Native for Android & iOS ✅ Deep expertise in Distributed Systems, Microservices, REST APIs & System Design ✅ Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, Data Modeling & Data Engineering ✅ Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP ✅ Hands-on expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD & DevSecOps ✅ Practical experience building AI-powered solutions using LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases & Agentic Workflows ✅ Strong understanding of OWASP, application security & secure architecture ✅ Proven experience mentoring senior engineers and driving architectural decisions Education BE/BTech in CSE/IT preferred Candidates from strong product-based companies can be considered even if they are not from Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges, provided they have a CSE background and strong technical expertise Master’s in Computer Science is an added advantage Work Details Location: Hyderabad Employment: Full-Time Preference: Local Hyderabad candidates Monday to Friday: Work from Office, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday: Working day Initial 2 weeks: Work from Office Thereafter: Work from Home on Saturdays We are focused on quality over quantity and are looking for exceptional engineering professionals with strong hands-on architecture and product development experience.
