Process Assistant – Delhi, will be an active member of the operations team at the site. The Process Assistant will be responsible to manage shift-level execution and associate performance for the assigned site.

Process Assistant – Delhi, will be an active member of the operations team at the site. The Process Assistant will be responsible to manage shift-level execution and associate performance for the assigned site.
Key job responsibilities
1- Daily management of shift — start-of-shift readiness, live floor control and end-of-shift handover.
2- Administrative management of associates.
3- Job allocation to associates basis volume, skill matrix and process priority.
4- Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safety.
5- Monitor status of counts and problem solve queues.
6- Responsible for shift quality and associated action plans.
7- Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates.
8- Conduct a 4M and 5S audit for the respective work stations on a daily basis.

- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience- high school diploma or equivalent
- High school or equivalent
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
