Role- Senior Product Engineer- Banking Domain Java
Required Technical Skill Set- Development lead with Java Development Expertise and API / Service Orchestration Java / Spring boot development , Rest API , Service Integration, SQL , Cloud , CI/CD. Agile
Desired Experience Range- 5 to 10 years of experience
Location of Requirement- India – Mumbai (Thane Olympus)

Must-Have
1. Retail/Wholesale Banking knowledge
2. Banking Product Development (Deign and Coding) (At least BFSI domain)
3. Willingness to learn new products and pilot innovations independently
4. Good Communication skills
5. Good Team management and handling skills
6. Understanding of standard service boundaries in microservices architectures
7. Have experience in API first, reusable services mindset
Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role
1. Own end to end design and development of critical banking product components
2. Act as a technical anchor for modules within the banking product
3. Translate banking business requirements into product grade technical solutions
4. Balance speed, quality, security, and long term product sustainability
5. Demands decision making, ownership, and product thinking, not task execution alone.
6. Ensure high performance, scalability, and fault tolerance for high volume transaction systems
7. Handle transaction management, high availability, scalability, reliability for critical banking flows along with concurrency, and data consistency (ACID principles)
8. Ensure clean, secure, testable, and maintainable code with strong adherence to coding standards
9. Banking emphasis: real time processing, rollback handling, auditability
