Hiring | Production Manager – Jewellery Manufacturing

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 10–15 years of experience in jewellery manufacturing/production.

Salary: Up to ₹25 LPA

Industry: Jewellery Manufacturing | Export

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations and drive productivity, quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage production schedules and daily operations.
• Oversee end-to-end jewellery manufacturing and workflow.
• Manage production teams, manpower and resource allocation.
• Coordinate across CAD, CAM, Casting, Setting, Polishing, Plating, QC and Dispatch.
• Monitor WIP, productivity, quality and production targets.
• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, quality, inventory and dispatch teams.
• Drive process improvements, SOPs and operational efficiency.
• Prepare MIS and provide regular production updates to management.

Key Requirements

• Strong knowledge of jewellery production processes.
• Proven experience in production planning and team management.
• Strong understanding of quality, productivity and delivery management.
• Good knowledge of MIS and MS Excel.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant degree/diploma in Production, Jewellery Manufacturing, Engineering or related field.
