Program Manager

We’re hiring for one of our clients—a purpose-driven organization working at the intersection of well-being, education, and transformational learning.

We’re looking for a Program Manager who can take ownership of strategic programs and cross-functional initiatives from planning to successful execution.

• Lead programs and strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
• Track program progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and performance.
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Drive process improvements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Manage resources, timelines, and budgets as required.
• Proactively identify challenges and drive effective solutions.
  

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in program management, project management, operations, consulting, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
• A genuine alignment with the values and mission of a purpose-driven organization is desirable.
