Role Summary


We are looking for an experienced Project/Program Manager with a strong Enterprise Infrastructure background. This role demands a seasoned leader who can seamlessly merge technical with executive-level client management to lead large-scale IT infrastructure and engagements with excellent client-facing skills, stakeholder management, team leadership experience with proven expertise in managing NOC/SOC operations.


Technology skill requirement:


Strong understanding of Enterprise IT: EUC, Network, Windows, Cloud, Monitoring and ITSM platform and any AI skills will be an added advantage


Key Responsibilities


Program Delivery & Financial Governance


  • Lead end-to-end infrastructure and network operations projects (Network, Windows, Monitoring platform and Cloud)
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables
  • Drive governance meetings, service reviews, and operational excellence initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and customer commitments
  • Ensure to bring business value and proactive opportunity within the engagement and meet the business targets
  • Closely work with practice and solution team to enhance the customer requirements and proactive proposals
  • Perform transition for any key engagements
  • Ensure revenue details are updated and projected on weekly basis, ensure to work closely with finance team to invoice the customer on monthly basis
  • Work closely with finance and legal team to conclude the SOWs
  • Prepare SOW and work with finance and legal team to conclude the SOWs
  • Work with vendors to determine the right BOM for any procurements and licensing for project requirements


Client & Stakeholder Management


  • Serve as the definitive, trusted single point of contact (SPOC) for client executives, internal leadership, and technology partners
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Conduct regular service review meetings and present operational reports
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction


Governance


  • Mentor, lead, and upskill a cross-functional engineering workforce spanning NOC, SOC, Cloud, and Systems infrastructure domains
  • Drive capacity management, operational shift coverage, skill-gap analysis, and talent retention strategies
  • Direct major incident response (P1/P2 bridges), coordinating rapid service restoration efforts during high-velocity network or infrastructure outages
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Network, Security, Cloud, and Infrastructure domains
  • Optimize core operational metrics including Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR), and infrastructure availability scores
  • Serve as a contributor to the CAB to evaluate infrastructure risk, approve critical changes, and prevent operational regressions
  • Standardize all operational delivery models against strict ITIL best practices and organizational compliance mandates
  • Ensure the Delivery lead growth opportunities are created and management targets are met
