We at Coforge are seeking a “Project Manager" to lead and manage large-scale IT Managed Services engagements. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end service delivery, project governance, stakeholder management, resource planning, risk management, and ensuring adherence to defined SLAs and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage large-scale IT Managed Services projects and ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish project governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and escalation management processes.
• Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs, OLAs, and organisational policies.
• Drive service improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking.
• Conduct periodic reviews, status meetings, and executive presentations.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL-based service management practices.
• Facilitate effective communication between business, technical, and vendor teams.

Required Skills

• Strong Project Management and Program Governance experience.
• Expertise in IT Managed Services operations and service delivery.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, incident management, problem management, change management, and service lifecycle management.
• Experience in risk management, stakeholder management, and vendor management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project planning and reporting tools.

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA with B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT/ECE) / MCA / M.Sc. (IT) from a recognized university.
• Valid PMP or PRINCE2 certification and ITIL certification.
• Minimum 12 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Manager managing large-scale IT Managed Services projects.
• Proven experience in handling multiple stakeholders, vendors, and geographically distributed teams.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Government, Public Sector, BFSI, Telecom, or large Enterprise Managed Services environments.
• Experience managing multi-location service delivery operations and transition projects.

Certifications (Mandatory):

• PMP or PRINCE2 Certification
• ITIL Certification
