Hi We are hiring for Project Manager- MS Dynamic 365 CRM
Role- Project Manager
Role Type- FullTime Contract
Duration- 2 Months ( It may Extend, that is totally depending on the project Progress only )
Work Mode- Gurugram/Remote
Responsibilities
• Mandatory skills (must-have)
• IT project management and delivery
• Experience managing Dynamics 365 or CRM implementation projects
• Project planning, scheduling, and resource management
• Budget and vendor management
• Risk, issue, and dependency management
• Stakeholder management and executive reporting
• Requirements, testing, and go-live coordination
Preferred skills (nice-to-have)
• Dynamics 365 Contact Center implementation experience
• Contact Center transformation projects
• Agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies
• Microsoft ecosystem knowledge (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure)
• Change management and user adoption experience
Tools, systems, or technologies required
• Microsoft Project
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center
• Microsoft Teams
• Microsoft Office 365
• Power BI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
