About the Role

We are seeking experienced Precast Project Managers to lead our Joint Venture precast manufacturing facilities in Navi Mumbai and Hyderabad.

As a key leadership role, you will be responsible for the successful management of precast operations, ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely delivery of products to project sites while driving operational excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Project planning and execution.
• Commercial and cost management of precast operations.
• HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) management.
• Management of subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Client and stakeholder relationship management.
• Project monitoring, reporting, and performance reviews.
• Leadership, mentoring, and people management.
• Ensure manufacturing, logistics, and erection activities are aligned with project schedules and Just-in-Time delivery requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong project management experience within the construction sector.
• Proven experience in precast manufacturing and erection.
• Sound technical knowledge of concrete technology and precast systems.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Experience managing Just-in-Time delivery programs.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Joint Venture partners and project teams.
