We are looking for an experienced professional with strong expertise in commercial/office interior fit-out projects.
Experience: 15+ Years
Location: Pune
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end commercial/offices interior fit-out projects execution
- Plan and monitor project schedule, cost, quality and resources
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors
- Manage civil, interior, finishing and MEP coordination
- Handle BOQ, procurement, billing and project documentation
- Lead project teams and ensure timely project delivery
- Monitor site progress, quality and HSE compliance
- Manage stakeholder communication and resolve project issues
