Project Manager/Project Coordinator

Job Title - Project Manager

Location - Remote

Experience Level: 5+ years project coordination or project management experience

Contract Type: 6-Month Contractual Role - The contract may be extended or transitioned to a full-time position based on performance and ongoing project requirements.

Proposed Responsibilities:-

Project Coordination & Administration

• Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate recurring project meetings and governance reviews.
• Manage meeting logistics, agendas, and documentation.
• Publish meeting minutes and distribute follow-up communications.
• Track action items and ensure owners are completing assigned tasks.

Status Reporting & Metrics

• Gather updates from initiative owners and stakeholders. (Weekly Initiative Updates)
• Compile weekly and monthly project status reports.
• Track key milestones, deliverables, and project health indicators.
• Support benefit realization reporting by collecting and organizing data. (Pre Benefit Realization Meetings with the 7 functional areas)

Risk & Issue Management

• Maintain Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) logs.
• Track mitigation plans and escalation items.
• Identify overdue deliverables and follow up with stakeholders.
• Escalate concerns requiring leadership attention.

Cross-Functional Support

• Coordinate work across operational, business, and technology teams.
• Assist with testing coordination and readiness activities.
• Support project intake and work request processes.
• Maintain project documentation repositories.

Project Governance

• Ensure reporting standards and governance requirements are followed.
• Prepare materials for leadership reviews and project updates.
• Monitor project schedules and identify potential delays.
• Support change management, communication, and implementation activities.
