Together with InteliX Systems, we support US Federal and SLED agencies by delivering healthcare staffing, IT solutions, and proposal management services.

What You'll Do:
- Prepare and develop proposals for US Federal and SLED government opportunities.
- Review RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs to understand client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and subject matter experts to gather proposal content.
- Write, edit, proofread, and format proposal documents.
- Ensure proposals comply with solicitation requirements, formatting guidelines, and submission deadlines.
- Manage proposal timelines and maintain proposal documentation.
What We're Looking For:
- 0.6–6 years of experience in US Federal/SLED Proposal Writing (Healthcare and/or IT).
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple proposals and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
