React + Next.js developer

Job Title: SDE-2 - Frontend (React + Next.js - mandatory)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Frontend SDE-2 who has hands-on experience building scalable, user-facing features using React and Next.js. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy owning features end-to-end and working on product innovation, not just maintenance or bug fixing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build new product features using React.js and Next.js from scratch
• Own frontend modules end-to-end: development, performance, and scalability
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to translate requirements into high-quality UI
• Optimize applications for speed, SEO, and user experience (SSR/SSG)
• Write clean, reusable, and well-tested code
• Participate in architecture discussions and frontend best practices

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience with React.js and Next.js (mandatory)
• Proven experience building feature-rich products (not limited to maintenance/support work)
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS
• Experience with REST APIs and frontend-backend integration
• Familiarity with state management (Redux, Context API, etc.)
• Understanding of performance optimization and responsive design

Good to Have

• Experience in fintech / consumer tech products
• Knowledge of SSR, SSG, SEO optimizations in Next.js
• Exposure to TypeScript
• Experience working in fast-paced product startups
