Job Description
Position: Sourcing Manager – Channel Partner
Location: Central Mumbai – Mulund to Ghatkopar
Experience: 1–6 Years | Industry: Real Estate
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard and manage Channel Partners/Brokers in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing CPs.
- Generate leads, site visits and business through the CP network.
- Activate new and dormant Channel Partners.
- Develop and expand the CP network across Mulund, Bhandup, Vikhroli, Kanjurmarg and Ghatkopar.
- Track CP performance and achieve assigned business targets.
- Stay updated on local market trends, projects and competition.
Requirements
- Graduate with 1–6 years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing/Channel Sales.
- Strong network of Channel Partners/Brokers in Central Mumbai preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
