Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and lead high-performing sales teams. The role requires strong dealer management, strategic planning, and execution capabilities to achieve regional business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets for the region
Develop & implement sales strategies to increase market share
Manage and mentor Area Sales Managers & field teams
Build and strengthen dealer & distributor networks
Conduct farmer meetings, promotional events & market activations
Expand customer base by onboarding new dealers & key accounts
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments
Handle customer complaints & ensure high satisfaction levels
Monitor competitor activities & market trends
Prepare sales reports, budgets, incentive plans & forecasts
Ensure SOP compliance & policy adherence
Coordinate with marketing, operations & product teams
Recruit & train new team members as per business needs
