Job Description
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager/ Area Sales Manager – Capital Sales (MISSO- Ortho Robotics) to drive the commercialization of cutting-edge orthopaedic robotic systems.
Location- Mumbai (West)
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive regional sales and achieve revenue targets for MISSO.
• Develop and execute regional business strategies to drive market penetration and business growth.
• Build a strong pipeline across hospitals and orthopedic centers.
• Manage complex capital equipment deals, including purchase and leasing opportunities.
• Develop strong relationships with surgeons, hospital management, and procurement teams.
• Conduct strategic presentations and support clinical demonstrations and evaluation trials.
• Coordinate with internal sales, clinical, and product teams to ensure effective execution of regional business plans.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to drive regional business growth.
Requirement -
• 10+ years of experience in Medical Device / Capital Equipment Sales
• Experience in Robotics, Surgical Platforms, Imaging, or other high-value capital equipment preferred
• Strong network with hospitals, orthopedic surgeons, and procurement stakeholders
• Experience in managing complex and long-cycle sales
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and solution-selling skills
• Ability to engage with C-suite hospital leadership and demonstrate ROI/value propositions
