About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager who will lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers to drive large-scale acquisition and activation of Authorized Persons (APs). This role will be responsible for defining and executing regional sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives. You will play a critical leadership role in scaling Jainam’s distribution network and ensuring consistent achievement of regional targets.

Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and manage the team of Business Development Managers
\n
• Define and execute regional sales strategy aligned with organizational goals
\n
• Set monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for AP acquisition and activation
\n
• Monitor performance metrics and drive corrective action plans
\n
• Drive large-scale acquisition of new Authorized Persons across the region
\n

Qualifications :

\n
• 8+ years of experience in sales within BFSI/Capital Markets
\n
• Minimum 3+ years in team handling role
\n
• Strong understanding of broking channel sales and AP model
\n
• Proven leadership and target achievement record
\n
• Strong analytical and performance management skills
\n
