Coverage: Entire Tamil Nadu

Experience: 5–10 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager with strong experience in the Steel / TMT industry to manage sales operations across Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business growth across Tamil Nadu.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors and key customers.
• Manage and expand the dealer and distribution network.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure market growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop new markets.
• Lead and manage the sales team for the region.
• Ensure effective market coverage and customer engagement.

Candidate Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in the Steel / TMT industry is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of the Tamil Nadu steel/TMT market.
• Proven experience in sales and dealer/distributor management.
• Good communication, negotiation and team management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.
• Candidates currently working in the Steel / TMT industry will be preferred.
