We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager who can own the day-to-day restaurant experience at The Fresh Factory.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Leading and training the service team
• Owning guest experience and service standards
• Running smooth opening, service and closing operations
• Managing reservations, table turns and peak-hour flow
• Coordinating closely with the kitchen, bar and retail teams
• Handling guest feedback and service recovery
• Maintaining hygiene, grooming and restaurant standards
• Tracking daily sales, covers, average bill value and other operating metrics
