Position: Retail Expansion Executive

Location: Kormangala, Bangalore (In-Office)

Joining: Immediate

Experience: Mini. 4 yrs

Responsibilities:

Market Mapping & Property Scouting:

\n
• Identify and evaluate potential retail locations in high-potential markets (malls, high street, and premium neighborhoods)
\n
• Analyze footfall, competition presence, customer demographics, and proximity to key hubs 
\n

Property Negotiation & Acquisition :

\n
• Lead negotiations with property owners, developers, real estate agents, and mall management teams to secure the best commercial terms (lease, rent, revenue sharing, etc
\n
• Coordinate with retail operations, legal, finance, and external consultants to ensure smooth closure of agreement 
\n

Project Management :

\n
• Liaise with the design and operations teams to ensure smooth handover and fit-out for store launches
\n
• Maintain a pipeline of properties and track progress from scouting to store opening 
\n

Market Intelligence:

\n
• Stay updated with retail real estate trends, new launches, mall developments, and competitor activities in major cities 
\n

Compliance:

\n
• Ensure all regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements are met for new property acquisitions
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

\n
• Experience in retail expansion, business development, or real estate, preferably with D2C brands, lifestyle brands, or retail chains (fashion, beauty, electronics, F&B, etc.)
\n
• Strong network with real estate developers, brokers, and mall operators in key Indian cities.
\n
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Demonstrated track record of opening multiple stores/branches/offices.
\n
• Analytical skills to assess market potential and property performance.
\n
• Proven ability to work independently, drive targets, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
\n
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
\n
