We are looking for an experienced Retail Leasing Manager to join our team at Big Steps Ventures Pvt. Ltd.
The candidate will be responsible for managing retail and commercial leasing activities, identifying business opportunities, building relationships with brands, landlords, and investors, and driving successful leasing transactions.
The role requires strong market understanding, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end leasing processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle retail and commercial leasing transactions from lead generation to closure
* Identify and engage with potential brands, retailers, tenants, and property owners
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and retail brands
* Conduct market research to identify leasing opportunities and market trends
* Support clients with suitable commercial property solutions
* Manage lease discussions, negotiations, and documentation processes
* Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth transaction execution
* Maintain market knowledge of commercial real estate trends and competitor activity
* Achieve leasing targets and business growth objectives
Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience in Retail Leasing / Commercial Leasing / Real Estate Advisory
* Strong understanding of retail, mall, and commercial property markets
* Experience in tenant acquisition, brand coordination, or leasing transactions
* Good negotiation and communication skills
* Ability to build and manage client relationships
* Strong market networking and business development skills
* Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
