RPA/Automation Lead

We are looking for a Lead Agentic Automation/RPA Developer with 7–8 years of total industry experience and strong, hands-on development expertise in Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, and Python/.NET.

The ideal candidate should:

• Have 7–8 years of total industry experience.
• Have strong hands-on Power Automate development experience, preferably 4+ years.
• Have strong practical experience in Power Automate Desktop and Power Automate Premium.
• Have 6+ years of hands-on UiPath development experience.
• Have 2+ years of hands-on Python or .NET/C# development experience.
• Have some practical experience/exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or Agentic AI.
• Have exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar AI-agent platforms.
• Be capable of independently developing and troubleshooting complex automation solutions.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understand business processes and translate requirements into technical automation solutions.
• Have good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Be willing to work 100% onsite in Mumbai.
• Be available for immediate or short-notice joining.
