Sales Executive

We're looking for an energetic Sales Account Executive to drive B2B / Partnership sales, generate leads, and support growth across domestic and international markets. Ideal for someone early in their sales career who's proactive, a strong communicator, and eager to learn the full sales cycle. Interest in interior design, furniture, architecture, real estate, or allied industries is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
\n
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business requirements.
\n
• Understand customer needs and present suitable products or services.
\n
• Schedule meetings, product demos, and sales presentations with prospective clients.
\n
• Coordinate with design and project teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
\n
• Maintain accurate lead and pipeline records in the CRM, and follow up consistently to drive conversions.
\n
• Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
\n

Key Requirements

\n
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or lead generation.
\n
• Experience or interest in interior design, furniture, architecture, real estate, or a related industry preferred.
\n
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, and CRM tools.
\n
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to grow within a sales team.
\n
• Willing to travel for client meetings and events when required.
\n
