Job Description
Order Management
• Provide support to the sales team and customers during the sales process and help customers resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner, generally providing real-time support
Collection & Sales Accounting
• Ensure quarterly reconciliations for all processors, and undertake other sales and accounting activities to track and minimize variance and in the collection figures as per credit period
Customer complaint tracking
• Ensure customer complaints are tracked for breakages, shortage and quality and resolved as per TAT
Samples & Collaterals
•Ensure availability of Samples & Collaterals at processors place
Reporting
•Prepare & Circulate MIS as per schedule
•Monitor processor offtake for AIS as well as competitors and highlight concerns
•Monitor Processor stock movement
