Sales Business Development Manager (Allied Healthcare)

Job Title: Business Development Manager – Healthcare Practice (US Market)

Location: Remote (India) | Shift: US Hours

What You'll Do

• Drive new business across the US healthcare market through hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, pathology chains, and research organizations.
• Generate staffing requirements for contract and permanent allied healthcare professionals.
• Build relationships with Hospital Administrators, Procurement, HR, Lab Directors, and Operations leaders.
• Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
• Grow company Healthcare Practice by developing long-term client partnerships.

What We're Looking For

• 5–10 years of Business Development / Enterprise Sales experience.
• Experience selling staffing, workforce solutions, Healthcare IT, RCM, Clinical Services, or other healthcare services to US healthcare clients.
• Strong network across hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, pathology, or healthcare organizations.
• Excellent consultative selling, client acquisition, and relationship management skills.
• Comfortable working US shift.

You should be familiar with hiring demand for roles such as:

• Lab Technicians
• Phlebotomists
• Research Analysts & Research Assistants
• Sample Handlers
• Medical Billers
• Medical Schedulers
• Patient Access Professionals
