We’re Hiring: Sales & Business Development - Solar EPC
Promax Power Limited is looking for experienced and result-oriented professionals to drive business development for our Solar EPC vertical.
Business segments:
• Utility-scale and ground-mounted solar projects
• Commercial and industrial rooftop solar projects
• Captive and open-access solar solutions
• Associated power evacuation and electrical infrastructure
Key responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new Solar EPC opportunities
• Build relationships with developers, IPPs, industries, institutions and commercial
customers
• Generate qualified leads and manage the complete sales cycle
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate techno-commercial proposals
• Participate in tenders, negotiations and commercial discussions
• Develop channel partners, consultants and business associates
• Track market developments and upcoming solar projects
• Coordinate internally with engineering, estimation and project teams
Candidate profile:
• Relevant experience in Solar EPC sales or business development
• Understanding of ground-mounted and rooftop solar projects
• Established industry network will be preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation and commercial skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve business targets
• Willingness to travel as required
