What will you do?
As a Sales Growth Consultant, you’ll play a key role in helping customers make informed decisions about hearing solutions.
• Connect with customers through phone-based B2C conversations
• Understand their needs and concerns related to hearing loss
• Recommend suitable hearing aid solutions based on their lifestyle and budget
• 🤝 Guide customers as a trusted advisor and connect them with our partner providers
• Drive the conversation toward successful conversions and customer satisfaction
Who are we looking for?
✅ Excellent communication and active listening skills
✅ High proficiency in Hindi & English — mandatory
✅ Proficiency in any one of the following regional languages is also mandatory:
Tamil | Telugu | Kannada | Malayalam | Punjabi
✅ A confident, empathetic, and customer-focused approach
✅ Ambition to grow in a target-driven sales environment
