Sales Development Representative — Remote, North America
Help HelloRamp.ai grow by finding and engaging business customers across the US and Canada. We build AI-powered visual content and digital merchandising tools, and we are looking for curious, resourceful people who enjoy speaking with customers and learn quickly.
Location: Fully remote. Candidates from any country are welcome.
Working hours: 6:30pm–3:30am India Standard Time (IST).
Employment type: Full-time. Immediate starts preferred.
What you will do
• Research businesses and decision-makers within our target customer segments.
• Start conversations through outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Understand prospects’ needs, explain how HelloRamp can help, and handle objections thoughtfully.
• Book qualified product demos and follow up consistently to help convert interest into sales.
• Keep accurate CRM notes and share customer feedback with the team.
What we are looking for
• Clear spoken English, strong listening skills, and confident, engaging delivery on calls.
• Curiosity about customers’ businesses and a practical approach to problem-solving.
• Resilience, ownership, and the ability to improve after feedback.
• Reliable internet, a quiet calling environment, and availability for the stated working hours.
• Outbound calling, appointment-setting, or sales experience is helpful; SaaS experience is not required.
