Sales Executive

Location: Vishakapatnam

FRESHERS or Candidates with 1-2 years experience

Fluency in Telugu is a MUST

Salary: 15k per month

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Assistance

• Greet and attend to walk-in customers promptly and courteously.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable AMC cookware solution.
• Provide demonstrations of AMC products and explain features, benefits, and usage.
• Make product related and recipe videos and post it on AMC SoMe handles.

Sales Support

• Assist customers with product selection, pricing, offers, and payment procedures.
• Upsell and cross-sell AMC accessories and related products.
• Maintain updated knowledge of ongoing promotions, discounts, and exchange offers.

After-Sales Support

• Handle customer service queries related to product use, care, and warranty.
• Assist in the processing of returns, exchanges, or service requests.
• Make tele service calls to all the new AMC customers to guide them in proper usage of Cookware.
• Conduct Customer training classes for new/old customers

Generate sales leads

• Identify and target potential institutional clients such as corporate institutions, cooking schools, and government institutions etc
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Problem-solving and customer handling abilities.

Work Schedule:

• 6-day work week (including weekends and public holidays if required).

COMPETENCIES

• Education: Graduate in Nutrition / Marketing / Hospitality.
• Cookery skills are desirable
• Proficiency in local language, English & Hindi
• Excellent Interpersonal & Leadership skills
• Willing to travel locally
• Excellent Coordination & Communication skills
• Good presentation and organizing skills
• Good selling & training skills are desirable
