Location: Mulund West, Mumbai
Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a Sales Executive / Sales Manager to drive new business and build strong client relationships for our creative and marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals and online platforms.
* Connect with brands and businesses, understand their requirements and pitch relevant services.
* Schedule meetings, prepare proposals/quotations and drive leads through to closure.
* Maintain regular follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline.
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover and project execution.
Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience for Sales Executive; 5–6+ years for Sales Manager.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
* Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
* Target-driven, proactive and confident in client interactions.
* Experience in media, advertising, digital marketing, social media or creative services is preferred.
Compensation: Based on experience + performance incentives
