Flynaut is a Pune-based technology company delivering application development, digital transformation, and cybersecurity solutions (via our OneProtect brand) to enterprise and mid-market clients across India and the US.

We're looking for a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to work on a contract basis, closing deals for a new product by engaging directly with clients across India. This role requires someone who thrives on the road, builds trust quickly in face-to-face meetings, and can carry a conversation confidently in both English and Hindi.

• Travel across India to meet prospective and existing clients, conducting in-person sales meetings and closing deals
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead follow-up and discovery to negotiation and deal closure
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
• Understand client requirements and effectively position the product to close sales
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover post-sale
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline status, and travel activity in CRM
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets as agreed under the contract

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in field sales or B2B sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and client-handling skills
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across India (frequent outstation trips)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently while on the road
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace
