Sales Executive – Real Estate (New Launch) | Kharadi, Pune | 1–3 Yrs

RealtyRoof is East Pune's fast-growing real estate brokerage, headquartered in Kharadi — the heart of Pune's biggest property boom (EON IT Park, World Trade Center, Riverfront corridor). We sell new launch and under-construction projects from Pune's leading developers, and we're hiring Sales Executives who want to grow fast.

What you'll do:

• Engage fresh leads and walk-in clients for new launch residential projects
• Understand client requirements and match them to the right project
• Conduct site visits and project presentations
• Negotiate and close bookings; assist clients through documentation
• Maintain your pipeline in CRM and hit monthly booking targets

What we need:

• 1–3 years experience (real estate, telecalling, retail, banking, insurance, or any sales — or a fresher who can talk)
• Fluent communication in English + Hindi/Marathi
• Two-wheeler and laptop are a must 
• Target-driven attitude; comfortable with field work and weekend client visits.
