Role Overview

• Position: Sales Executive (B2B / Technical Solutions)
• Openings: 3
• Location: Centrum Business Square, 912, Road No. 16, Nehru Nagar, Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane West, Maharashtra 400604
• Experience Range: 1–4 years (Experience in B2B technical sales, MEP, Fire Safety, or Parking Systems preferred)
• Salary Range: Competitive / Based on qualifications and industry experience + attractive performance incentives
• Employment Type: Full-time, On-site (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate quality leads via cold calling, field visits, and professional networking.
• Conduct in-person meetings with builders, architects, consultants, and hospital administrative teams.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with the engineering/technical team to craft tailored solutions.
• Prepare quotations, technical-commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Coordinate smoothly with project execution teams for seamless handover.
• Track pipeline, log updates in CRM, and consistently meet monthly sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills Needed

• Education: Any Graduate.
• Technical Familiarity: Understanding of Fire Fighting Systems (Hydrants, Sprinklers, Alarms, Pumps) or Mechanical Parking Systems (Stack, Puzzle, Tower, Rotary), along with basic drawing reading and NBC Fire Norms.
• Communication: Strong proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (written and spoken).
• Attributes: High negotiation capability, professional attitude, and willingness to travel for client/site visits across MMR.
