We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing inside sales team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
âś” Lead and manage a team of 10+ sales executives
âś” Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
âś” Conduct call audits and provide performance coaching
âś” Monitor team productivity and improve conversions
âś” Manage underperformance through structured coaching plans
âś” Ensure process adherence, discipline, and team engagement
âś” Collaborate with HR and leadership on retention and performance initiatives
We're Looking For:
âś… 5+ years of sales experience with strong team management expertise
âś… Proven experience managing 20+ member inside sales/tele-sales teams
âś… Strong coaching, performance management, and people leadership skills
âś… Ability to thrive in a high-volume, target-driven environment
âś… Mature, disciplined, and accountable leadership style
âś… Immediate or early joiners preferred
