Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager at Hola Local Studios, Chandigarh. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, pitching production and creative services, and driving revenue growth across studio rentals, branded shoots, podcast production, UGC videos, and commercial content projects. The role involves lead generation, client servicing, strategic outreach, and coordinating with the creative team to convert inquiries into long-term partnerships.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields.
- Fluent in English
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills for client negotiations and team alignment
- Experience in media production agencies or a working understanding of media production workflows for D2C brands
- Proficiency in tracking KPIs, reviewing sales data, and forecasting pipelines
