Position - Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager
Industry: Real Estate Company Name - Sarvatra Group Experience - 3 to 4 years Shift Timings - 10 AM to 7 PM
Key Responsibilities: * Manage inbound and outbound leads across multiple channels calls, WhatsApp, digital platforms, walkins * Conduct detailed site visits and deliver high-impact property presentations * Understand client requirements, financial capacity, and investment intent to suggest tailored solutions * Execute strong follow-up strategies to drive lead conversion and booking closures * Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and brokers for consistent lead flow * Handle client queries, negotiations, and objection handling professionally * Maintain accurate records in CRM, track pipeline, and ensure timely updates * Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies * Ensure excellent client experience throughout the sales cycle * Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
