Key Responsibilities
● Own the end-to-end customer sales journey, from lead qualification and consultations to follow-ups and successful conversions.
● Consistently achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
● Engage with prospective customers through in person meetings and centre visits as well as virtual consultations, and digital channels to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
● Lead with empathy while building trust and delivering an exceptional and consultative sales experience.
● Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, customer interactions, and follow-up schedules using CRM tools.
● Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and customer success teams to maximize lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
● Address customer queries with confidence and professionalism while ensuring a seamless buying experience.
● Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and customer insights to improve sales effectiveness.
What You Bring
● 3+ years of SDR, quota-carrying sales or account management experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
● Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
● Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment.
● Experience using CRM tools to manage customer interactions and sales pipelines.
● Based in Bangalore or genuinely willing to relocate
