Key Responsibilities
- Close high-value real estate deals and manage the entire sales pipeline.
- Onboard and manage Channel Partners (CPs) to boost lead outreach.
- Monitor and optimize listings on 99acres, Housing.com, MagicBricks.
- Ensure fair lead distribution between CPs and in-house sales teams.
- Engage with walk-in and organic leads; convert them into buyers.
- Resolve CP conflicts, track portal performance, and improve conversions.
- Coordinate with social media teams to enhance campaign quality.
- Collaborate with content/design teams to create appealing and compliant marketing material.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of hands-on real estate sales experience.
- Excellent public dealing, communication, and team management skills.
- Preferred: UPRERA Agent or experience with reputed builders/CPs in high-volume sales.
