Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in Real Estate Sales with a strong track record of revenue generation
\n
• Expertise in residential and/or commercial property sales
\n
• Strong channel partner management and business development experience
\n
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
\n
• Experience leading sales teams and driving performance through coaching and mentoring
\n
• Strategic mindset with strong market understanding and analytical capabilities
\n

Additional Requirements by Role

Manager / Senior Manager – Sales

• 7–10 years of real estate sales experience
\n
• Strong focus on sales execution, lead conversion, and team management
\n

AGM / General Manager – Sales

\n
• 12–15 years of experience in real estate sales leadership
\n
• Proven success in managing large teams, channel sales, and high-value revenue targets
\n

AVP / VP – Sales

\n
• 15+ years of experience in real estate sales leadership
\n
• Expertise in strategic sales planning, revenue growth management, business expansion, and organizational leadership
\n
• MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management preferred
\n
