Job Title: Sales Executive – Potting Compounds (Silicone & Polyurethane)

Base Location: Delhi (In-Office & On-Field with Pan-India Travel)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive based in Delhi to join our specialty materials division. You will drive sales for our high-performance Silicone and Polyurethane potting compounds across key sectors such as Electronics, EV, LED, and Solar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical sales, client acquisition, and account management for Silicone & Polyurethane potting solutions.
• Conduct field visits to client manufacturing sites across India to understand technical requirements.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and commercial proposals to engineers and procurement teams.
• Coordinate between clients and our R&D team to deliver tailored material solutions.

Requirements:

• Academic background in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Prior experience in industrial sales, specialty chemicals, adhesives, or potting compounds preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
