Design and implement Salesforce Field Service Lightning solutions.
Configure Work Orders, Service Appointments, Territories, and Resources.
Manage Dispatcher Console and Scheduling Optimization.
Develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.
Configure and support Field Service Mobile applications.
Integrate Salesforce FSL with ERP, CRM, and external applications.
Automate field service workflows and business processes.
Support asset management, inventory tracking, and preventive maintenance.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Support deployments, releases, and platform enhancements.
