Role Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Tech Lead / Associate Architect to lead solution design, architecture, and delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce. The role requires a strong blend of technical leadership, hands-on implementation, stakeholder management, and team mentoring to deliver scalable CRM, customer data, and AI-powered solutions.

Must-Have Skills

• Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce
• Data Cloud: Data Streams, DMO Design, Identity Resolution, Customer 360, Segmentation, and Calculated Insights
• Agentforce: Agent Builder, Prompt Templates, Trust Layer, and AI-driven automation
• Sales Cloud: Lead-to-Opportunity, Forecasting, CPQ, and Territory Management
• Service Cloud: Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, and Experience Cloud
• Salesforce Integrations, APIs, ETL/CDC, and Data Architecture
• SQL and reporting integrations with Power BI/Tableau
• Technical leadership, solution architecture, and stakeholder management

Good to Have

• Marketing Cloud integration with Data Cloud
• CRM Analytics / Einstein Analytics
• Enterprise Salesforce transformation experience

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and technical delivery.
• Lead and mentor Salesforce developers and engineers.
• Design and implement solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.
• Architect integrations, data models, Customer 360 solutions, and AI-powered automation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to define scalable solutions.
• Ensure data governance, platform scalability, and best practices.
