🚀 Hiring: SAP ABAP HR / HCM Developer
We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP HR / HCM Technical Developer with strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA conversion and ABAP on HANA.
This role is specifically for candidates with SAP HR/HCM technical development experience. Generic ABAP profiles without HCM exposure may not be suitable.
Mandatory Skills
âś… Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP HR / SAP HCM ABAP
âś… Technical development experience in SAP HCM areas such as:
• Personnel Administration (PA)
• Organizational Management (OM)
• Payroll / Time Management
• HR Infotypes / HR reports / enhancements / interfaces
âś… Experience in SAP ECC HCM to S/4HANA / H4S4 conversion or upgrade
âś… Hands-on experience with:
• ATC checks and S/4HANA custom code remediation
• SPAU / SPDD adjustments
• CDS Views
• OData / SAP Gateway
• ABAP on HANA
âś… Experience developing and supporting:
• Reports
• Interfaces
• Enhancements
• Forms
• Conversions
• IDocs / APIs
âś… Exposure to SAP Fiori HCM application enhancement/configuration
Preferred Skills
• AMDP
• RAP
• SAP Fiori / UI5
• Clean Core development principles
• SAP HCM integrations with third-party systems
Ideal Candidate
We are particularly interested in candidates whose recent projects include SAP HCM / HR S/4HANA conversion, with hands-on involvement in ATC remediation, SPAU/SPDD, CDS and OData development.
