SAP Basis Administrator with FRUN

Experience Range -- 5 to 10 Years

Location -- Bangalore

Job Description

• Understand the SAF Basis Team functioning and process model.
• Knowledge ECS support tools - LVM, SPC, JIRA, CRT, Customer Launch Pad ,Service Now, TIC and Etc.
• Develop a deep understanding of the Enterprise Cloud solution architecture and productization model along with the tools within 6-8 months of onboarding.
• Associate should be capable of delivering the targets in Scope of work however is not limited to it solely
• Know the point of contact in each team for issue resolution
• Capable to independently troubleshoot, reproduce, determine the root cause for repetitive issues
• Other General OPO support activities include
• Handling of Run procedure automation failure with PO/SEO/SMEs
• Good understanding of the service lifecycle and deep idea on the automation cycles
• Basic understanding of Landscape Virtualization Manager is needed

Work Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of SAP Technical Administration with SAP FRUN skills and should have knowledge & experience on Administration, monitoring and Operations of SAP solutions
• Configuration of Technical Monitoring, System Monitoring, Integration Monitoring, User Experience Monitoring, and Job Monitoring.
• Configuration alert management, notification management, and automated alert suppression mechanisms.
• Onboarding SAP systems into FRUN monitoring landscape.
• Performing Diagnostics Agent installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Configuration and manage SDA, Host Agent, and Introscope integrations.
• Analyse Automation gaps, performance bottlenecks, false alerts, and monitoring stability issues.
• Implement best practices for proactive monitoring and observability.
• Analyse the automation requirement from Technical Operations/Build/XDU colleagues.
• Support FRUN upgrade and update validation. This involves validating from the automation perspective and enhancement of task logic, wherever required.
• Automation and maintenance of Data Consistency reports for FRUN.
• Introduce new capability in FRUN which caters to requirement of GCO..
