SAP CRM iBase Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM iBase Consultant with expertise in Installed Base (iBase) management. The candidate should have experience in implementation, configuration, enhancements, and support of SAP CRM iBase solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP CRM Installed Base (iBase).
• Manage installed products, technical objects, and customer equipment.
• Work on iBase integration with CRM Service and ERP.
• Participate in implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
• Prepare functional specifications and support testing activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide business solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of SAP CRM experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP CRM iBase.
• Experience in implementation and enhancement projects.
• Knowledge of CRM Service integration.
• Experience in functional documentation, testing, and production support.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
